1) Age and Maturity
You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase anything from our store. The end user of the purchased item must also be 16 years of age or older.

2) Duration of Time Based Payments
Time based payments (such as admin payments) last for one month or three months, depending on the item purchased. One month is defined as 31 days and begins the moment we activate your admin. The duration may be shortened or voided at any time if it is found that you have breached this contract.

3) Uptime / Availability / Quality of Service
We strive for the highest uptime possible. Since this is an internet based service, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability. The user accepts that there may be computer or network downtime where there will be no access to purchased services. The user accepts that in these rare cases that they will have no claim of breach of contract. We cannot provide refunds for lost of service due to uptime / downtime problems.

4) Admin Abuse
What this means is just we do not want the admins to make themselves have advantages that other players do not have. Meaning if you are on a bad team and you start switching people around so you have the top players playing with you, then that would be considered abuse. If you change the map because you do not feel like playing on it, then that would be considered abuse. If you kick someone because you just don't like them and/or ban someone, then that would be considered abuse. When you do sign up for admin, there are rules that you will need to follow and that will show you really what you can do and what is abuse.

5) Service Cancellation
You reserve the right to cancel your service at any time. We are unable to refund any money related to canceled services.

6) Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your service at any time. You will not be refunded.

7) Refunds
All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8) Change to Terms and Conditions
EZ3CS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
